Hi, I’m Joel; I’m a writer and historian from the north coast of Cornwall this is my new website. I am a post-grad researcher at the University of Exeter and the Institute of Cornish Studies, studying Richard Trevithick in Latin America 1816-27, and my first book, ‘Long Road to Nowhere: The Lost Years of Richard Trevithick (Part One)’ detailing my adventures through Chile and Bolivia on the hunt for Trevithick and other Cornish miners, was published last June.
